Hello, ive been a costumer of Toydemon for a long time and they always delivered fast shipping and discrete packaging but recently i've been really disappointed by the handling of small packages. These are tiny white boxes that can be easily opened and put back together, and in my case, it was opened during shipment. I don't really care if some fat mailman or customs officer was laughing at my bottle of Peace lube but if my parents, who are the ones to pickup the mail, had found it, it would be a very awkward ordeal.

Im also kind of annoyed with the shipping, Toydemon has some really expensive shipping because these items are imported from Japan etc. but i don't mind paying the extra shipping because it was very fast delivery. Normally 3 days, i can understand if there where holy days but my package took around a week to arrive.

I don't mean to be a complainer but i got used to really discreet packaging and fast shipping from Toydemon and i don't want this to change.

You mentioned customs in your post, I am guessing you're not in the US?

Customs reserve the right to open any packages they deem necessary, so it really doesn't have anything to do with who or what item, it's just the luck of the draw. Also customs could delay the package just because, so I don't think TD is to blame for time in transit. If you want it right away, pay for the fastest and shipping method, but customs could still screw you.

Unless they're packing their packages differently for international, I know what you're talking about in those small white boxes, but they stick the shipping label over the opening flap of the box and the box is still sealed by tape. Basically, it would be obvious as heck if it was opened, and it'd have to be opened deliberately because you can't reseal it unless you print out the exact same shipping label.

I live in the US, and I always order FedEx shipping (don't trust and never will trust USPS), and once I get my tracking #, I know it should arrive on the day stated on FedEx.com. (I have gotten my package stolen with FedEx too, but that's another post).

The white box we use is sealed with the tape and label and can not be opened without breaking the seal on the package. Can you send an email to us with some pictures so that we have a better understanding of the condition you received your item in?

The tracking shows that the transit took 4 days to get to your location. Please understand that you order came in Friday night and USPS do not pick up from us over the weekend. Your order was promptly sent the next business day and we are sorry if there was any confusion over the transit time.

The package i got wasn't opened from the top, it was dismantled from the bottom and put back together. So no tape involved, you could tell because it was opened and bent all over, it could be opened by hand too. I admit is customs fault, not toy demon, they probably opened and held the package because i received it today (7 days later) but still it would have been better if Toydemon used a different box and use tape on the bottom. These ***holes at customs could had put some tape back in at least. I would try Fedex but it'll probably be like 40$ shipping, I guess im lucky i didn't just get an empty box.

Holy crap.. that sucks.. i've gotten them white rectangle boxes before..but it seems pretty hard to open the way it's folded..unless of course someone purposely try to open it..probably the customs ppl... the other thing i can think of other than that is USPS workers stepped on your box and it broke open maybe.

I personally like the white box since that's the only box that fits in my mailbox ...other times with bigger boxes it'll be left at my door.

They should probably wrap the toys in that black wrapping like Amazon does if you order something naughty from them. Whatever you get is wrapped in like black saran wrap then put into the box so if it the box gets damaged or opened or whatever you still can't tell whats inside all you see is the black plastic.
