Hey ToyDemon, I noticed on some parts of the Hip (mostly around the edge where the waist is cut off), there's a very tiny--and I do mean tiny-- amount of silicone that either peels off, or it kinda rolls itself into a tiny ball that I can take off. Is this normal?

Is it possible to show us some pictures? It could be a number of things, usually when we see tiny balls forming, it's usually from the coating on the toy mixing with dirt and other stuff but we are assuming you already washed it.

It's no big deal. It's mostly around the edges..and yeah it's when dust gathers on it or something like that. It's not like the whole toy is going to come apart. It's fine! Just the silicone breaking in (wear and tear). It will eventually stop shedding tiny silicone balls.

I think the problem with the Meiki toys is that their material is so soft and stretchable that any amount of use is going to cause this kind of wear and tear with bits or even more of the material coming off the toy completely. It's the same case with my Maria Ozawa Meiki - I can easily tear off parts of it that are wearing down from the constant stretching from cleaning it and using it; I'll just have to consider these toys as having a limited amount of use before it's time to move on to a new one. On the plus side, the soft material feels great.

Well, the material isn't silicone, that's for sure. It smells like a burnt crayon and the only other toy that smelled like that was a Fleshlight.

I assure you Meiki products are silicone. Fleshlight is made of a proprietary mixture of materials that is NOT safe to wash using soap! Meiki products are, on the other hand, soap safe.
