Wow, it looks like TD is going to be carrying the Perverted Insult 4 Holes according to the TD blog, and they say it is on its way! I saw the price in Japan was like $127, but I'm not sure what it will be here in the States.  BTW I have the DNA Kitazawa with 2 holes and I do enjoy going back and forth during a session.
