If your condoms use anything else than water-based lube then yup they're your problem.

It could be the lube honestly, I don't think most of these toys are tested for compatibility with exotic essential oils which a lot of these warming lubes use.

Do you keep the outside soft with some talc powder or cornstarch? If not, it'll help to decrease the amount of stretching the outermost layer would go through which would decrease the occurrence of that kind of wear on the outside. Plus it'll make it easier to remove the debris since the material won't want to stick to you so tightly. It's a pain to try to clean that stuff off without the powders.As for the inside, maybe it's a combination of the lubrication and friction from the condom that's causing it to become damaged like that. I'm not sure.
