I purchased the meiki real a couple months ago and I realised the entrance of the toy has ripped quite a bit, we are talking like a 2cm tear on addition to the hole that's already there. I mean I'm not the smallest down there, but a 2cm tear/rip is kind of a lot, especially because there's a bit of damage to the inside. is this normal ? I do lube it up quite well and clean is without too much aggression.

Edit: It also has a lot of lube spilling out from the top of the toy. I'm unsure if these are defects or just my own personal problems. Would there be any chance the warranty would cover this or id this just my problem?

I Haven't had problems with tears at the entrance yet and it doesn't look like it will, sometimes when i'm using the toy a little bit of lube might slip back out from the entrance but I didn't mind it much. definitely contact td to see if the warranty still applies on your case i'd say

Mine doesn't have that issue either. The entrance only has the usual small tears that all entrances get after a use or two.

So what? My Meiki Real has a minor tear also.

Firstly, it doesn't affect its function.
Secondly, it hasn't gotten longer (time will tell if I am wrong here).
Thirdly, if it is an issue with you notify Toy Demon customer service and depending on the damage and circunstance, it is possible that TD will replace it. They don't even ask for the old one back. My damaged one is still working fine (well, it's stashed in my emergency wank chest in the West while I am in Asia. And I haven't yet been back to USA shipping address  to pick up replacement yet). Provided your story is reasonable, you are a respectful customer and you provide photo evidence, I'd say the likelihood of getting TD  to honour their warranties, or even 'go the extra mile' in customer service are very high.
