In the end, because of this person, we started using void stickers to prevent cases like this from happening again. Not that we don't trust our customers, but it's easier this way to prove whether the item is opened or not (still apparently the Aneros guy still thinks he can claim he never opened it).So there you go, the 2nd part to the story. Just writing about this still angers me. I suppose one positive to come out of this is that we did learn a lot in dealing with unreasonable customers and made sure that we implement more measures so that people like him will not be able to scam us again.

An already sour story gone worse. Scum like him should just be ruled to lose their right to a credit card.
that's really interesting to know! That will teach ppl to scam online merchants.
