will soap destroy the material?

whats the best way to clean the jizz out of the inside of the meikis after finishing?

My procedure

Run warm water through 2-3 times
Antibacterial hand soap on fingers, go to town.
Rinse, repeat
Fill with alcohol, I find I have to open it up a bit with 2 fingers for it to really flow to the end
Pour out
Rub fingers inside, pull out, dry fingers, repeat till mostly dry. Your fingers should dry fast, if they don't then you still have water in there.
Baby powder on the outside

talk about overkill,

i use antibacterial hand soap and water, hot as hell and cold....it gets the job done, alcohol isn't necessary

So far, I've not had any damage/deterioration from using anti-bacterial soap and/or alcohol on any of the Meiki, Toysheart, Meiki Sister, or Clone Meiki products.  The Meiki Down I have had for 9 months now and is still in great shape after MANY washings and alcohol rinses.  The Toysheart IYS & EES I've had for 5 months now and both are still like new.  The Clone Meiki and Meiki Sister I've only had for a few weeks but so far still like new.

Usually, I wash them out with anti-bacterial soap and my fingers.  Once a month I'll rinse them out with alcohol.

alcohol is less for sanitizing, more for getting water out

do you guys wash off the baby powder for use? If not do you use a light application on the toy so it's not a powdery mess during use?

Yes you should wash off the powder before play time. I really only powder my toys if I'm not going to use it for a while even then you only need a light application on you toys.
