Which one is better the Qyu Qyu Spiral or the Hexagon? I want a cheap Onahole since my budget is tight.

I have never tried the Qyu Qyu Spiral, so I can't really comment on that.
The Hexagon does it's job. The nubs inside does stimulate you, but not as much as I'd like them to. I think the Tengas do a better job. Having said that, it still feels better than using just your hand and the Hexagon is very easy to clean. Just turn it inside out and rinse. I'd give it 3/5 boners!

I've tried the Qyu Qyu Spiral and I liked it, but it broke after about 30 or so uses cause I didn't measure myself and it was too small, so make sure to measure your self before buying toys
,
I made the mistake of not doing that and broke two of the toys I bought
.
