New "ToyDemonic" Introduction & Questions
« on: December 18, 2009, 01:11:00 AM »
Hello everyone,

Recently, I came across this site from "word of mouth" through my old sex toy forum from the only company that I've ever trusted with my cash, FleshLight. Now, I love my Ice Lady, however, I couldn't help but read the various comments from ex-FL-users saying how much better these imported Japanese toys are. Now, before I throw down the cash for a toy or two for myself, I'd like to ask a few questions if you don't mind. :)

When it comes to the Tenga Flip Hole, I've noticed that it says that it's good for about 50 uses at a normal rate, but then it goes on to say that it's design was to keep ease of cleaning and hygiene in mind. In my mind, this kind of sounds contradictory. What's the deal with the design, but clear notice of it being a "throw away"? I'm personally more for those toys that are designed to last, if you get my drift.

Other toys that I have a few questions about are the Meiki "Up" and "Down". These are shown as being "made to last" however, it doesn't seem to have the same ease of cleaning as the Flip Holes do. Does this mean that they aren't very easy to keep up? Also, I read that these are made to be as close to the real thing as possible, but I also read that they are kind of delicate as far as the material that they are made out of. Now, keep in mind that I'm used to sleeves with canisters that I can get a grip on. Also, when I get "close" to finishing a session, I tend to get a bit of a death grip (for obvious reasons ;D) with the FL's, will this damage the Meiki's?

As for an introduction on myself, I'm a 21 year old college student who is currently residing in North Carolina! I'm very impressed with the selection here at ToyDemon and I'm sure that you guys will be receiving my business soon, also, I hope to attain some new friends in the process as well. :)

Thanks,

Shane

Welcome to the forum.

TENGA Flip Hole opens up so the inside is easily cleanable and easy to dry. The second and third picture off the product page will show you what we mean.

However the hinge does eventually wears out. The official stated number is at 50 but others on this forum will confirm that it last much longer.

Meiki does not open up and are close ended so comparing to Flip Hole, it will be harder to clean. The material is soft and some customers have had issues with labia damage. One tip would be to make sure the entrance area is well lubricated including the labia area. The material is soft and will give when you squeeze.

We're sure others in the forum will also voice their opinions on these products.

Welcome to the forum \ ;D/  ..

I have both the Flip Hole and Flip Hole Black... at least for me they definitely lasted much longer then 50 uses each... I'm still using it and well over 100+ times. Mine are still in good shape so I would say that they are worth every penny.

The meiki series toys are pretty soft but the interior built feels really nice and are pretty close to the real thing. Definitely lube up your toys when you use them to prevent any tearing.

good to have you here  ;)

Thanks to the both of you!

It's really nice to see that there is a mod here that is actually online and responding to people! I'll make sure to ask anymore questions when I have them!

If you're interested in getting a Meiki, get the Maria first - I've accumulated a large number of toys and it's definitely my favorite.

Hmm, so what do you think of the Maria vs the Nao?

Get a meiki, I was in the same boat before I bought one, thinking what could be the difference between that and a fleshlight, but I tell ya it's worth the money.  Just don't get the mini meiki, they are crap.
