I just bought Singularity but haven't installed it yet, I'm currently organizing a HUGE 30$ cd slots book that has about 326 if i guessed right, my mom despised the sale since my ps3 controller (no i dont own a ps3) was 24.99 and was basically just less price than the book, I'm quite confused about the controller and wondering WTFH as to why the hell they switched the left analod and directional pad for players going to use the controller. it blinks pretty little red spots when it vibrates. no pun intended.

I want to buy the Nvidia GeForce 3D Vision Glasses, that is some sick shit right there. It turns over 400 games into 3D and Blu-ray movies if you have a BD drive and the software.

when you put on headphones for communication, does it interfere with the glasses?

its for 3d blu-rays only damn. the technology (stereoscopic) has been around since the late 1980s at least in 3d vision. it is only coming back due to the 120 hz and higher televisions.  I am starting to say screw the new room entertainment system complete with TV, gaming system and cabinet, and am thinking about getting a whole new desktop with 3d vision, sli (dual would be mint), and 6GB DDR3

but like anything, I may wait a while until the price comes down and more competitors start to carry them, it is new and like anything brand new marked up a little

Not it's not for 3D blu-ray only, it can be used for that though if you have the proper software, such as Power DVD 10 Ultra 3D. What the Nvidia glasses do is turn your games into 3D, but you need a 120 Hertz monitor. Now if you have an old CRT monitor then you're set to go because those already run at 100 hertz. This technology isn't new, Nvidia used to bundle these glasses with their Voodoo cards way back when. But when LCD's came out they stopped bundling them because LCD only runs at 60 hertz and so the 3D effect wouldn't work. But now that there 120 hertz LCD monitors now, the glasses have come back.

that is a workable set-up, but the review on cnet is not that great and I bet they are right on, fast paced games would just suck, but movies would be great, but there not worth 2 hundred dollars in my book, shit i still have an analoge tv it is time to upgrade my entertainment system, perfect time too since things are cheap, and I still say no to 3d tvs for now as well

My bro has the 3D glasses and he's coming over later on, I'll ask him how they are.

And I don't trust those kind of reviews. It's the opinion of just one person, I like reading multiple reviews like users on Amazon or other sites.

So Steam is kinda getting my attention again with all their Holiday game sales now. So far, my friend and I have picked up RE5 for some co-op action. Hope that game is fun.

I am hoping for lot of kickass games to be on sale for this Holiday season, time to save money again..... and I am sure ToyDemon will have some good deals for us as well!
