Fixing vaginal lining?

So I got my Puni Ana SPDX, and it only took a couple uses for the lining for the vagina to completely tear off. (I used plenty of lube and eased in)
I attached some pic of the issue, best ones I was able to take currently. Kinda hard to see, but this toy has a lining for the vagina that sits inside a hole, and its just sorta a shriveled tube now that is nearly impossible to get into.
What exactly should I do to fix this issue? It would suck to only have her for a day and for one hole to be completely unusable..

That really sux. Have you tried contacting ToyDemon for a potential replacement? If you have been as careful using the toy as you say, this may just be a manufacturing defect.

Would I be able to do that since I already used it once?
Also assuming there is no good way to fix this? I was thinking a few very tiny dots of superglue or something around the hole opening to at least try to hold it in place.

I can’t speak for ToyDemon, but if it were me I would certainly ask for a replacement. There’s nothing to lose by asking.
I’ve been spectacularly unsuccessful attempting even minor surgery on my toys. I’ve read some great articles in the forum on using a soldering tool fitted with a spade head, and this works well for small tears only. I have also searched for and purchased silicone glue and flexible rubber cement, but the glue tends to harden into a substance much firmer than the toy, and this creates an annoying scratching irritant that spoils the effect completely.
At the end of the day, I trashed the toy and if it was worthwhile, I bought a new one. Just for the record, I’m on my third Meiki Extreme Pleasure Hip.
Good luck.
