Hey guys I received my Meiki Maria Ozawa. Interior seemed fine as far as I could tell (I didn't flip it inside out) and the tunnel seems centered properly

However there was a small dent on the right side of the toy. Nearly in the middle. I almost thought it was a tiny hole but the wall seems intact.

Has this happened with anyone else's onahole? I wonder if this was just a minor factory defect.

I'm really paranoid about my package bring opened/used. Noticed how despite the NPG sticker sealing the top it's not too hard to open the box from the unsealed bottom. Toy was in a plastic bag sealed with a single piece of tape. Seemed new and clean. But I was in a hurry to get rid of the packaging and to hide the toy that I wasn't as careful as I wanted to be...

Also how do we I get rid of the plastic rubbery smell? I already washed it with liquid soap but my whole room stills smells

A small dent on the outside is pretty normal. I've seen a few of my toys with external blemishes. I wouldn't interpret the dent as a sign of tampering - after all, who would open the package, whack the toy and then repack it? The inside is really what matters, and particularly with Maria Ozawa - the tunnel is frequently off-center. The end of the tunnel has a little stinger, which can really only be felt if the tunnel is centered and you approach it slowly. It is intended to stimulate the tip of the penis.

I think most of my toys (30+ sleeves and hips) came in unsealed plastic bags, and like yours, appeared clean and unused but with various degrees of plastic/rubbery smell. This does go away after a while, but you can accelerate the process by cleaning the toy with antibacterial dishwashing soap. Also try soaking the toy for an hour in a solution of half a cup of baking soda and a liter of water. An hour of sunlight does wonders for removing silicone smells.
