I placed an order on November 27,(Order #95108) For 2 Bottles of Toy Fluid 10ml. I've checked the USPS website and have not seen an update on my small package since November 30th.

It is now December 5th, 2 days PAST the shipping date of my order.


Please help.

If it went thru the Chicago Metro Hub then I suggest that you give USPS a call. This morning I gave them a call about a delivery of my own and their representative told me that it had been idled there for the past 4 days. Took like 40 minutes to get thru to a rep though so be patient about it.

Anyway, why is there a shipping issue with ToyDemon? I remember ordering the Julia + at a different address 2 years ago and it got to the house on time in a very timely fashion.

Is there a delay in the Chicago Metro hub regarding holiday shipments?

I do not think it is an issue relating to ToyDemon. They got our stuff to the post office and they pretty much have no control over it after that. IMO USPS is just overwhelmed due to black Friday and cyber Monday surge of packages.

Speaking of which mine just arrived at the local post office earlier this afternoon. Hopefully it'll be delivered tomorrow before I have to go to class.

Don't get me started on USPS. I hate them with a passion. I have learned that during holiday season, or heck, anything that you actually care about getting, go with FedEx/UPS and or hold at their office or ups store so you can pick it up. That way I don't have to worry about anything.

had a package sent by USPS last week...there was not update at all on the shipping until the day the package was delivered....yet I keep seeing them USPS commercial about "NOW YOU CAN TRACK YOUR PACKAGE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! THE NEW USPS" ................waaaaaaat??? same old trick from this pony...

We are sorry for the inconvenience with packages not being able to be tracked or not being delivered in a timely manner with USPS this holiday season. We would like to reassure everyone that all packages during the Black Friday through Cyber Monday sale have been processed and shipped. This is an on going issue with USPS that we are trying to work out. From what we have noticed this year, so far for this past holiday season, USPS has been extremely busy and has not keeping up with their tracking scans or package deliveries. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
