Hello all,Got my package from Toy Demon today with 2 ZXYS and Meiki Pure Hip.Picked them up during Black Friday sale....Thought I got a great deal.....that was till I received the package today....very disappointed to say the least:(To start with the box for the pure hip arrived damaged(not the shipping box but the pure hip box)Seal on box was broken.When I opened the box to inspect the hip it appeared to be dried out with numerous wrinkles and deformities and I don't mean small.I ordered a pure hip about 2 yrs ago and it arrived in pristine condition.I guess they had to unload it on someone,needless to say I wont be ordering again from Toy Demon,160 dollars down the drain................never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We would like to reiterate that all our products are guaranteed new and never used. We understand that during shipping, sometimes an item may not be left in it's own natural position throughout the whole transit. Also if the package was tossed around hard enough, the item can put enough stress on the seal to damage it form the inside, especially for bigger items. Therefore please give this product some time in it's own natural position for many of the blemishes to fade and even out.

and never, never in my life i had anything like that happen, but let me tell you, hope i don't get in trouble for mention the website "Amazon.com" well i purchased a Kodak DSLR Camera from them and it was all beat up from shipping, look like a school bus ran over the box, and it was so moist inside the box, and note this was around summer time, and listen it gets 98F (Feels like 116F) here in the summer here in Louisiana, and i ultimately livid over it, And i thought the camera was damaged and thinking someone was ribbing me over at amazon.com!! but they we'ren't so i contacted amazon cust service and told them about it, and it was almost actually the samething the TD Admin mentioned in his post. But listen i am sorry you had to go through that man...
