I purchased this unit and absolutely love it! It is simple to use and feels unbelievable!
However, I cannot get the synchronization to the player to work. I have installed the player and the drivers, and the dongle and the main unit both glow with a solid blue light. When the sample movies play however, the unit does not move. When I unplug the dongle, the unit moves perfectly through its prearranged modes and speeds.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I would love for this unit to synchronize with vorze's sample movies so that I can try to synchronize it with other porn.
Other than this problem, though, this thing is great! I purchased 6 different inserts and each one has its own "personality."
I purchased a venus 2000 several years ago and got rid of it because of the involved setup and cleanup. In comparison, the vorze is easy to set up, use, and clean. I LOVE it!

if you go to the home page of the manufacturer the csv file from there work, and they have a good program for customizing.  the file on the cd doesn't work for some reason.

Additionally I have found that sometimes the VORZEplayer gets confused if you switch videos and CSV files. So a close and re-open of the program seems to help. The order I connect things is bluetooth, then turn on Vorze A10 Cyclone, then open VORZEplayer, choose CSV file, and lastly choose the video. This consistently works for me.
