Which sleeve would the community of TD suggest if I was going for max sensitivity? I love meiki's so I'm probably more likely to go with another one, but if there's another sleeve not in the Meiki family that I like looking at, I might consider that option as well.

When you say sensitivity do you mean max stimulation?  Or do you mean less stimulation, more softness?

Yes, that was actually the word I meant to use. I'm looking for some top notch stimulation.

AHH!, the age old questions~~ Shall it be Stimulation or Realism ...... hmmmmmmm

I think meiki ozawa,zxy does a great job at stimulation along with material softness but at the expense of durability, Meiki real does a awesome job with realism / duability although slightly firmer in material....but if your looking for just stimulation and everything else is secondary, maybe try a tenga flip hole, those are pretty good for stimulation.

A venus cross or lillith spiral wave in hard firmness.  They look unappealing at first, but they are really high quality and durable holes.  Don't have a zxy, but have a Julia+ and some say it's the cheaper zxy.  That one is pretty good stimulation for sure and can accommodate lengthier dudes.  Some also suggest wet meiki shin (monster wet real) for stimulation, but I have to warn you that hole needs a thin lube for you to feel the stimulation unlike Julia+.
