Hello all I could really use a little help here. First a little background:

I purchased my 1st toys a couple of years ago, the fleshlight 3 for 2 deal. A few months later I purchased 3 FL girls sleeves and have enjoyed using them. I hardly use my original 3 for 2 sleeves as that pink material has become so sticky/tacky it detracts from the whole experience.

This brings me to my 1st question: How do I find out if an onahole has this same problem of being too sticky before I buy it? Most reviews don't include any information about it. Originally my 1st purchase from TD was going to be the Tong GGo, but recent reviews have scared me away from this product. Is there a certain material I should be looking for?

I guess my other main concern about onaholes is them flopping about uncontrollably with no case. I prefer a hands-free experience, usually standing, and while I saw one post here about a guy using a coffee mug for his zxy I don't see much else posted here about it. Anyone have any luck using PVC with the right inside diamater? Or are most of the onaholes weighty enough a case simply isn't needed?

I also have a lot of questions about the hip mounts  but I think I'll save those for another post...

First, welcome!   

Let me offer up my thoughts as I've had all the FL materials you mentioned and now own a ton of Meiki stuff (my FLs are on near permanent retirement)

The early FL material tended to do just what you mentioned. Hence the FL girls being such a revelation, it was light years ahead in that area (though they do "tack up" though after a fair amount of use)

I have product from just about every maker here and none of them seem to have the FL issue. Some are more oily, therefore more supple for longer but if you rinse well and dont soak excessively, use a ton of alcohol or oil stripping soap, I don't think youd get that problem.

What I will mention though is, FL to Meiki is a big gear shift. I was near cultist with FL but when I allowed myself to adapt to Meikis, I realized how behind the curve FL materials still are. Meikis tend to be softer, more supple, and more skin like which allows your body to accept the experience as rather genuine to the real thing.

If you need to keep you FLs in use/rotation for a while longer, don't jump to far into the soft end of the Meiki pool. Id suggest a Julia plus as a great transition sleeve.  Also, the ZXY, if you stick with it, would work well too (though you'll likely quit your FLs much faster because its just so much more nuanced)

Here's how I'd personally plot out your choices. I have all those plus many more and a wide range of the material available.

ZXY FOR SURE.  It can seem we're cultish about her but I believe it is well founded. I think it's because it satisfies new comers and more experienced alike.  And it just feels premium. And holds up very well.

Ive bought 3 myself and while I have finally moved on from her being my #1, I recognize the importance she had in finding my way.

If someone can only buy one item at TD and doesn't have a serious wealth of experience to draw on (or contradict the recommendation)

ZXY should be it.  Case closed.


On to the Julia

They are different for sure but I find Julia edges too close to redundancy when it comes to the ZXY.  Z seems to me to be nearest to perfect execution of the big, medium to high intensity, sleeve with maybe the most incredible balance of feedback that can be found.  Julia is close in many regards but also wilder in overall intensity. Lacks some of the sophisticated suppleness of the ZXY too. 

If I were you I'd likely look in a totally different direction, which is ultimately up to you.

Want something more crazy and very different than the Z... monster wet real (soft). Premo and unlike  anything else out there. Mind blending at times, honestly. Id throw out my Julia b4 I did the MWR (especially if I have a ZXY)

More normal but different from Z... Chika is a doll and a great next step from the ZXY.

Osawa is great but I fear her being softer and your adjustment to her therefore more difficult. If you haven't learned your body reactions yet, she can be frustrating. But when you tune to her frequency... bliss.

As for the Cherry, meh. I find it too much a master of none. Too small to get me revved by look, material is of similar interest to FL girls which IMO arent world beaters. If you want to try on the material but have a more interesting go of it, consider the Tong GGO. Yeah, anal but pretty intense, very unique, and a good audition for the material.

So long story short

ZXY > Yes, yes, dear god YES.

Julia > High quality but I found she sensation overlapped w/ZXY with Z being better in all but sheer intensity.

Chika > I really think she is the logical stepping stone to ZXY. Softer enough to be different but not too different you may struggle to achieve your *ahem* goal.

Tong GGO >  Great audition of the material. Pretty intense but not so wild like the MWReal. Tight as all get out.

Monster Wet Real > So wildly intense. I still don't quite have a handle on her and Ive been through double digit # of sleeves since I got her.  She is more of a "special occasion" type. IMO. But when you want HER, none other will do.

And thats what I know.  It's been the outcome of my journey and may be similar to yours. Or not. But its fun and fascinating to figure it all out.

I'm pretty sure those were my first two as well. Def the ZXY but I think I got the Tong with my Meiki Plush which was soon after.

You have two great sleeves there my friend that play well with one another.

ZXY is snug but the Tong is tight. So much so don't freak out when you have to work through its initial break in period. (I did and Im hardly huge)

Z is smooth fun whereas Tong is more of a wild one. Id say the Tong is the way faster of the two.

And the material are similar enough to not be a huge gear shift but have their makers qualities. (i.e. if you like one or the other by a margin, go down the other offerings in their families)

I don't know your spend limit and I certainly won't judge, but if you find yourself now OR later needing more advice, Im where I always am.

no, Meikis arent hands free devices by their nature, hence the hips and plush having a huge following.

Luckily, your tong will snugly (DONT FORCE IT) fit a FL girl case. Remove the retain ring at top and it works.

ZXY is too huge for any FL case and even the plush (I do it but I realize Im compacting out the sensations I love so dear)

Shed *maybe* sit on a desk, table ok with some bookendish material. You can lie over her (not on, again compression) and get proper angling with a pillow nestled.
