Hey everybody,

I am very inexperienced w/ sex IRL and I also have joint and flexibility issues.  One of my main motivations to get a toy was to practice for real sex. 

First I started with the ozawa, which I had to toss.  But now I have a meiki nao which I like because it is heftier and easier to use hands free.  I thought maybe I should get a hip for this purpose, but the size (hard to hide, yet unrealistic proportions) has discouraged me so far.  Though the proportions are good on the plush doll, I just don't have the space to hide such a thing.

So, does anybody have tips on how to practice for real sex with just a sleeve?  In terms of practice, I mean realistic body position on the bed and movement that I can replicate next time I get a chance with a real woman.  My goal is to practice the physical movements so that I can kill it IRL, despite my inexperience and joint/flexibility problems.  Sort of like doing drills for soccer or basketball..

Usually i rest the nao flat on the bed, propped against a pillow.  I'm not sure if the vagina position is realistic, or if it needs to be elevated higher, or angled a certain way.  The hole in the nao sits approximately 3 inches above the bed surface and goes relatively flat inside (not angled up or down) as far as I can tell.

I am more comfortable with my knees in front of me, to the side (so that my body rests on my knees, shins, and feet).  But it seems like missionary is done with the man's body resting on the knees behind him, with his legs closer together.

specifically, for those of you with female SO's, when she is in the position for missionary, how high off the bed is her vaginal opening, and what kind of angle are you using?

if this is kind of weird, happy to give you a laugh.  but if you experienced people have any helpful tips, that would be greatly apprecaited
