Meiki doll fleshlight problems

I'm having issues with my toys. My FL doesn't fit in all the way but more to the point sometimes the insert will fold and I'll scrape the case hard. It's horrible. Just goin to town then ouch. Happens mostly in missionary and sometimes in cowgirl anyone else have this happen or any tips and tricks?
