The most intense for me is hands free using my imagination which I have to aid with some visual and audio cues from porn since I can't fully get over the hump with just straight imagination.
Hands free blows away any type of physical stimulation; sex, hand or toy for me.
As for physical stimulation orgasms, I find toys to be greater than hand or sex.
