Storage for hips
« on: June 12, 2014, 03:20:02 PM »
Hey I just got a Meiki Cherry 2 and man does it look awesome.  But I am wondering what is the best way to store it. Obviously it won't fit in a toy bag, so what have you guys found to store hips in and allow it to dry properly.

I usually just dry it on a piece of paper towel... once dried i throw it into the meiki plush bag..even though its a bit big for the cherry hip since it was designed to store plush dolls. But that's what I store mine in.. Before I bought the meiki plush bag I woudl wait till the hip is dried then I put it back into the plastic wrap it came in..and back into the box.

Yeah that was what I was thinking... just dry it and put it back in the plastic wrapping for now and brush it with corn starch to keep it smooth (I have a Meiki's sister onahole and know how sticky they get if you don't.)

Definitely put some corn starch or baby powder on the sleeves after you wash and dry them, it gets rid of the stickiness and stores better.  ;)
