I have owned a Cobra Libre for some time and have always had a love/hate relationship with it.  It is such a great concept, but the design (charge, controls) is seriously flawed.  I've been waiting for a v2, but no such luck so far.

On a whim I picked up a Chinese version on a famous auction site.  I have to say, this thing rocks!  It may not have the build quality of the Cobra, but at 1/3 of the cost it can be overlooked.

Are there any Japanese versions of this type of toy?  If TD offered something, I'd pick it up in an instant.

Can anyone translate the Chinese?

So this is a vibrating full length sleeve vs cobra libre which is just a vibrating head massager    I can see how this one has an advantage against cobra libre.. great find and thanks for sharing

I don't have one, but I read a good review of this:  YouCups Warrior Wave.  At least the price is decent. 

They make a couple others as well with different internals.  Prices vary so be careful when you shop and compare.

I have seen these all over ebay and other overseas websites and have been insanely interested in them. I think I need to just break down and finally get one and put it through its paces.

This one I bought seems to be a knock off version of the one reviewed by Casquetero.  His has rechargeable batteries and mine uses AA.  His buttons look a bit more durable.  Not sure what else differs, but I can tell you this knock-off version rocks.

Nothing like a totally hands-free no-motion "O".

I thought I'd give a follow up review of this thing after 3 months of frequent use.


This thing gets me off more consistently than any other toy I've used before.  Its got a good combination of power, feeling, and usability.  With a few improvements (and hopefully TD will find someone to improve on this), this could be the perfect machine.

Sleeve:
The sleeve is comfortable enough, but could be thicker and softer.  Still I am able to go in dry without any irritation.  With lube it gives decent suction when stroking and makes nice slurping noises.  Haven't seen any degradation in material after many uses.

Power:
The power can be very strong, and the variety of settings is quite good.  Patterns vary from constant hum to a constant pulse, with different speeds and combinations.  Some settings feel like you're getting sucked off in a way I haven't experienced from another toy.  If I have a gripe, it is that the patterns get repetitive and the one-way control makes it hard to "change the channel" without a mood disruption. 

What would really take this product to a new level:
1.  A bi-directional pattern selection so you could go back without needing to loop all the way around the available settings
2.  Grouping the patterns onto slow/med/hard buttons that would allow you to quickly switch up the pace without much thought
3. A longer programmed set that would vary the settings over time - starting slow, varying the pace, and building up like a real bj. 

The vibrators use a lot of power, so stock up on AAs.  Fortunately, it doesn't get flakey or suddenly shut down like the Cobra Libre.  Instead, the vibes just get gradually softer over time.

The handsfree suction cup is a bit finicky, but holds well on flat non-porous surfaces.  It makes the experience much better to go hands-free.

Clean up is easy, though I'm careful with the water since this doesn't have the sealed build quality of the Cobra.

I'm looking forward to more products of this type coming out.

The electric toy market continues to expand.  I just received notice of this new toy - the Hot Octopussy Pulse!
It looks like an open ended Cobra Libre.  Price (on sale for $69) seems pretty reasonable.
Hoping this market segment will continue to expand.

look pretty sleeeeek, I had a cobra libre..not sure where I misplaced it though...It was good for awhile but I still enjoy more of regular sleeves with stroking vs vibrating stimulation... but it does look like there's more and more electric / motor toys for male on the market recently and seems like the trend is definitely going toward less manual movement.............as we humans get lazier each day..
