Hello! I don't have much to say but hello!
Also, if TD removed the packaging for you, there is a chance that you may not be able to refund or exchange the item if any damages/defects occur during shipping.
As for customs I'm from canada and it came in just fine. Was labelled scuplture and I had 2 toys

The same still applies if it is damaged right from the get-go. TD doesn't open the packages to inspect them before shipping, they trust the manufacturers as much as we trust them to get the orders shipped out. It is a chain of liability issue; what you're asking is no different than asking Wal-Mart whether they can unpackage the item after checkout and still retain the ability for refund/exchange with receipt in hand. It sounds like an obvious yes, but how will you prove that it is the same item that was shipped to your house and not a switch-a-roo scam?

So that means you didn't order it from TD, unless I misunderstood? If you did order it from Toydemon, did you have any issues with USPS?
