I am considering the purchase of a Meiki plush and a new sleeve to go in it. I am strongly leaning towards the Meiki Sarah to go with it. The inner labia are absolutely perfect IMHO, and the canal appears to be realistic without oversized g-spots, misplaced cervixes, etc. The manufacturer states that the Sarah is the most realistic interior too. I have owned the Maria until I wore her out, and currently own a ZXY which is horribly misfigured from a heating accident. Both interiors are awesome, the Maria feels closest to a real woman in regards to the softness.

Regarding a Sarah/Meiki Plush pairing, I have not been able to find an image of what she looks like inside the plush. Hard Gay has a nice thread with images of other sleeves inside the plush but a search of the archive has not turned up a image of Sarah inside the plush doll. Realism is very important to me, and I intend to heavily modify the Meiki Plush to make it even more realistic.

Could some kind Toy Demon patron please post a photo of Sarah inside their Meiki Plush Doll?

I'd reconsider the Sarah simply because it has durability issues mainly at the entrance where those outer lips start to tear and the inner lips start to peel away and this impacts the feeling since it makes the entrance a lot looser than it is supposed to be. The interior tearing also starts to expand further into the toy. Mine started to tear after 3 or 4 uses (a couple hours worth of use and I am pretty gentle with my toys) and I kept having to solder to try and fix the issues. It got so bad I just decided to throw the sleeve away which is why I can't show you a pic of it inside the doll.

It fits so-so in the plush doll. It's no Maria with the great fit yet it does fit although quite tight to get inside the doll. The biggest issue is that it has the ass cheek design and that doesn't work the greatest in the doll and it may ruin the realism factor for you. The Maria and the doll seem to have been made for each other.

Interior wise I prefer the Maria just a bit more (the Sarah is a bit too tight for my preference because of the dual layer) although the Maria gets a bit too sensitive for me after about 10 minutes of thrusting because I have a sensitive upper head and my head tip is also a bit extra sensitive. The Sarah didn't have that issue. Don't know if it is the stinger in the Maria or something else.

I'll also say that most sleeves inside the doll feel very similar because the doll adds tightness to them limiting their ability to expand with your thrusting/member and despite what many seem to say, I firmly believe the tighter the toy in this way the less sensation you get from the canal design and it makes everything start to feel the same. It makes sense since all those micro textures are being squished against your dick and that flattens them out more than if there is a bit of expansion/play in the sleeve which you get when using them with your hand. I have the Clone Meiki Hoshino and in the doll it feels almost the same as the Maria when in use. When using by hand they feel noticeably different.

If the Sarah didn't have durability issues then I'd easily recommend it since it does feel good and is visually amazing but it really is a huge negative having an $85 sleeve break down after a couple hours of gentle use. I can't even say it is a dual layer problem since I have the Superb Fella 3 which is dual layer and have used it as much as the Sarah before the Sarah went to hell on me and the SF3 has zero problems so far.

I had the same issues with sensitivity with the Maria, and I ended up removing the "stinger" but it was still very sensitive after longer sessions. All of my sleeves have torn after what I consider to be relatively gentle useage, but I can fix them with a soldering iron when they get too torn. I consider the fragility as something to be expected in a toy of the realism it provides; if I wasn't concerned about realism and worried about fragility I would just buy a fleshlight.

I was planning on cutting back the "butt" from the back side of the insert to make it into a flap more like the Maria; if it fits kind of tight then I would have to see what could be done to remove some of the excess from the outside to make it less tight. I have always used my inserts hands-free so replicating the feel of actual sex is far more important a consideration for me.

Well hopefully if you get the Sarah that it will work out for you. All I know is the durability was horrible and the toy was beyond repair for me after a few uses and any alleged increase realism it has over the Maria did not outweigh the lousy durability. My Maria has zero issues after at least double the amount of use and I don't think a toy that costs 85 bucks should be expected to fall apart after a handful of uses regardless of realism and especially when the issues it has take away from that realism. To each their own though.

Cutting off some of the ass cheek material is a good idea and I believe I also did that.

It can go even farther in if you were after a more flush look to it.  You could even get it so just the outer lips are showing, although I think this would create quite a mess in use.

It can fit inside fairly far.  Doing that actually makes it too tight imo.  but if you perfer that then by all means.
