Who is the girl in the winter sale picture? And a Meiki question

I've been toying (Heh) with the idea of getting a Meiki for the past few months, and think I may do so soon, however since the ZXY still isn't back in stock, I may go with another one. Which Meiki would be best for long sessions, and a more realistic feel?
Also, who is the girl in the winter sale image on the main site?
