just tried this sleeve yesterday. 

the material is soft, not as soft as meiki, but its very close.  it is a bit more oily than meiki sleeves. it is also pretty thick all around, except at the end. 

it is a little bit tighter than meiki sarah, and more stimulating..... in a not really pleasant way. 
its hard to push ur thing all the way in since there is a sudden narrowing near the end of the passage, but  that narrowing part does give some strong, brutal kind of stimulation if you push it thru.  i personally does not really favor that type of sensation.
yes it makes you cum quickly if you hit that part, but its just not as satisfying as those meiki sleeves.   

as far as realism goes..... it is surely not as realistic as those meiki sleeves.

sidenote:  this thing is durable in terms of washing and cleaning, but you might poke a hole in the other end since this sleeve is not as long as those meiki sleeves, and its end is somewhat poorly constructed.
