Its made by Kokostoy unless TD has the brand wrong. (looks an awful lot like my Tong Ggo material which I know is made by Kokostoy)

It's made by Korean Kokostoy, it has a Korean flag at the report page.
These dual layers are also VERY different from NPG's dual layers, there's a review on the tattoo which you might want to read.

Yeah.. these arn't the meikis aka. Onahole aka. masturbator sleeve from NPG.. they look awesome though and from the same maker that made tong-ggo (there's too many G's in this product name lol) and meiki pure hip. The material is slightly firmer than the NPG meikis but much less greasier. I want to get these but still deciding on dual or single layer
