This will be a review on the lengthy side so to those who don't wish to read it I will simply say this is a fantastic (btw, a great name they chose for it) toy though it obviously isn't for everyone given how it is designed. Onto my review...

I received this product on Monday and have used it for about a combined say 2.75 hours spread over 3 uses. My size is 6" of non bone pressed length and around 5.25" girth with my width being something like 1.8". I haven't had a bj in a very very long time so I can't compare and say how real the feeling is though I do recall a feeling from my bj days that felt like something I experienced at times with this toy. I will leave it to others who get regular bjs and who say this is fairly close to that and figure they are accurate.

The packaging for this toy is somewhat of a nice change from the cardboard boxes of the meiki sleeves as this acts as a carry case and is like a large dvd case. I don't plan to use this though since the toy is so small it is easy to store. The material used for the sleeve out of the box felt soft and smooth yet after the initial wash to get rid of the corn starch type powder the material became firmer to the touch on the outside and it is a bit of a dirt magnet. To me this is not a huge issue though. The plastic case (shell) housing is so-so as there is this piece that joins the two pieces and it looks like it could break after repeatedly opening/closing the case which is what I will deal with since I take the sleeve out of the case when I clean it and dry it. Speaking of taking the sleeve out, it is very easy to do and I like the use of magnets. I also like the "magic buttons" and the press plates which allow you to alter the feeling of the toy. All in all materials wise I think this is pretty good yet nothing amazing.

Inside the mouth is really nice from a design point of view and of course feeling which I will get to later. The tongue has some texture (mild ridges) on it and the little air pocket underneath it and the sides of the mouth have ridges of a fairly vertical manner while the top of the mouth also has ridges but they are closer together and in a slanted pattern. Also along the top are little nubs along the sides which I am guessing are there to mimic teeth. The bottom also has some of these at the back of the tongue. behind this area is a smaller opening which leads to the very back of the mouth where there are some nubs in between the two air/drain holes. I am guessing this little area is supposed to mimic the entrance of the throat. Texture and detail wise this is a very good toy and even though I said the material gets a bit sticky, it is still a nice feeling material and it reminds me of the material Tenga uses for their 3D sleeves.

On my first use when I first entered it I was initially let down and thought maybe it was a mistake to buy it. I thought this because it first felt like there was no texture to it yet after a few minutes that feeling went away and I was very happy I bought it and started to get blown (ha) away. This is my kind of toy. One concern I had before buying it was I thought maybe it would just hug the penis based on how it looks and this assumption had me wondering how people could say it felt like a realistic bj when the mouth is not like that. Thankfully my assumption was incorrect and it does not hug the penis and has space on the sides (at least for me and for guys who don't have monster 6"+ girths) just like a real mouth does. This of course means that the toy isn't really tight which is something I am sure would turn off some folks out there so if you are looking for max tightness all around then don't get this. Insertion depth is around 4" for regular stroking though you can get to around 4.5" if you push it all the way down and have your head get into that throat area. I sometimes do this on some strokes but usually just stay out of that back area since it has a bit of an odd feeling to get in there and I feel like I may break something. That entrance to the throat section is about half the width of the mouth so while it does stretch, it just feels a bit odd and there is a lot of suction when you get back in there. If one is looking for something that will cover their whole dick then this of course won't be the toy for most which I am sure they should realize off the bat since this is designed to mimic a mouth and not a vagina.

During my first use I played around with the different ways you can change this from the press plates to taking off the magic buttons. The buttons do have the intended effect of altering the suction along with the sound. With them both on there is a sucking type sound and there is pretty good suction. Take one off and both of those decrease. Take both off and there is no added suction and no sucking sound. As for the press plates, I found I like the "real" setting the best as it feels the best and is the easiest to use with my fingers. The "press" setting is a bit awkward for me to use when stroking based on how you hold it and the "wave" setting is just really weird to hold. I also like the "max" setting which is not using the plates at all. I alternate between that and the real setting and I also alternate between pressing the plates on the in stroke and sometimes on the out stroke and sometimes I keep the plates pressed for both strokes. I also like that since they are independent plates you can change the feeling in many ways both from pressure to only using one at a time. This toy really has a lot of customization to it which is great and the feeling does change when you alter things.

Lube wise I don't feel it requires much and what I do is use a bit of lube at the start and when I feel I need some more I just use some spit which adds to the realism type effect. For 2 of my uses I used Wet's gel (not really thick despite the name) and the other time I used the Maria Ozawa lube. I think I prefer it with the Maria lube and the instructions recommend running water through the sleeve before use so you have a bit of residual water in there when you lube up and I did this once and will probably do it in the future as long as I remember. I never felt it get too dry even before spitting so the ridges seem to stay well lubed. The only thing I noticed is with less lube the ridges became more pronounced and at times a bit too sensitive for me.

Stimulation wise I feel this is a great toy and it is my type of toy as it isn't too intense yet with the customization and lube adjustment you can make it more or less intense with ease. I can't say I could pick out the tongue doing anything special as in I never said "whoa that's a tongue working my junk!" yet it felt good. I feel the top of the mouth is the most intense and the way my dick is, my most intense/sensitive spot is on the right side of my head by my pee hole and I found that if I had the top of the mouth rubbing against this spot that it was very intense on the out stroke. When I flipped the toy around so the tongue was rubbing on the top of my head I could pace myself much better given it was less intense. I like that like a meiki sleeve you get a different feeling based on how you have this on your dick and I feel it was a good idea that they didn't simply make the tongue feel like the roof.

I am no stamina king but with this toy I was easily able to stroke at varying speeds (I'd say mostly regular bj speeds) and pretty much non stop for at 30 minutes while watching porn and with just a tiny break after that (say to adjust the lube) I can go for another say 10 minutes at a time and easily reach 50 minutes if I want to. Compared with a meiki sleeve where I can only go for a few minutes at a slow pace while watching porn before needing a break and it is obvious that something about this is making me last so much longer. It could be it being looser or it could be the fact that with a meiki sleeve that super sensitive spot on my head is always rubbing against material while on this it isn't. I notice I can last a good deal longer in my Tenga 3d sleeves and flip holes than I can in my meikis so I really do think it is because of the zero diameter design rubbing that spot. Given this, if one lasts a super long time in a meiki sleeve then I would gather they will last forever in this. Keep that in mind.

I have shot my load into this 2 of the 3 times I have used it and it was very intense (couldn't keep stroking during it) and getting my goo out after use was pretty easy. Washing out the sleeve in general is very easy since you can just run it under water for a bit though I take the sleeve out of the case, run it under water and then I rub my fingers around in the mouth scrubbing away any leftover lube or jizz and then I run a bit more water through it. I don't think cleaning this is as quick as some have made it sound if one wishes to do a thorough job yet it is still not a hassle. I'd put cleaning it behind the Tenga 3Ds and about on par with the flip holes which are above the meikis. Drying was a bit of a letdown as I was expecting I could just let it air dry yet even after 24 hours it wasn't fully dry inside. The problem is in that little throat area water stays in between the nubs even after shaking the sleeve as much as possible before letting it sit to dry and the same happens at the sides underneath the tongue. So to really get this toy dry it will require a towel to hit those spots. It's not all that time consuming just not as set and forget as the Tenga 3D sleeves are. One good thing about drying it with a towel is the material is stretchy and with the space in the mouth it is easy to reach everywhere.

Oh and after my close to 3 hours of use I don't have any tears so those who have had that happen after the first use must have a worse molded mouth where a side or both sides between the lips are too thin or they have beer can like dicks. I am pretty sure the mouth I have could easily handle girths up to at least 5.75" without a problem. If someone has a girth of 6" or over then I don't even know how well this toy would work for them nor do I udnerstand how the average human mouth could handle something that thick.

So that is basically it. A great toy that I am pleased to have bought and not let the negative reviews from those with tear issues and the general lack of reviews stop me from getting it. This is perhaps my favorite toy since I like that it isn't too tight and I just like how it feels by not being too intense for prolonged use. I was somewhat skeptical it would feel different than my meikis and my Tenga 3D sleeves (which btw are awesome and great bang for the buck) yet it does and I am happy with that. I think this is a great toy to go with those vag/whole penis type toys and I can easily recommend it to anyone who wants something that feels different. I will say that I feel it is a tad overpriced but I feel all these male toys are overpriced so it seems to go with the industry.
