This is my first review so be kind, I guess?

I have used Fleshlight (FL) products for about 2 years but I wanted to try something different. I decided to get the D-Hole Premium Nishina Momoka onahole. I was sold on the packaging, design of the onahole and the texture/canal itself. The box is very nice, I was practically sold on the box alone, which is still very adult, but compared to some of the Meiki boxes which have a bunch of graphics and charts (if you've seen one then you know) that may be kind of shocking for US buyers, this has some relatively tasteful nude pictures of Nishina Momoka and the rear of the box has a cross-section of the onahole, giving you a view of what is in store. The box comes with the Onahole packaged inside a plastic bag and a small sample of Dogma lotion.

Now to the review itself.
1. The canal opening is very small, I was worried I might tear it (and I'm Asian), but it stretches nicely, but it is tight, tighter than any FL. The orifice is a vagina with vaginal lips and clitoris, so the realism is there.
2. The shape of the onahole is nice. It tapers from the orifice to the rear of the onahole. There are two small grooves, one on each side for easy holding. Since it's small it makes it very easy to hide or transport to wherever you masturbate. Also using it under the sheets/covers is easy since it's not 10 inches long like a certain masturbator
2. The penetrable texture isn't very long, about 5 inches I think, which is good or bad depending on your size. If your average or below, it's good because you can experience the entire texture and there's no need to worry about tearing, but if your above average, be weary.
3. The texture itself is very nice. It is tight, which I like very much. I, without a doubt, prefer this texture over the 4 FL textures I've tried (STU, WW, Love Humps, Destroya). The texture is amazing, but more on that later. The canal has an arc that ends with a larger opening lined with small bumps. It is on the firmer side, but it's not hard or uncomfortable. It has a G-spot so that adds realism as well as pleasure to the onahole (it feels really good when rubbing against your shaft). I was surprised how intense the texture gets, especially since it doesn't have a crazy or wild texture. It blows the FL away in terms of sensation. Once you start you will notice that this thing will start to suck you dry, the suction is real good (way better than the FL) and you will notice that the pleasure increases very quickly (from start of session to end). I was in "pleasure land" sooner than I would have expected. Once it's time to cum, it's really nice because you have a larger bump filled opening the the end of the canal for your head to freely pulse against as you cum, which makes cumming in this thing amazing. Another thing I like is that you don't have to warm it up, it naturally warms as your using it, becoming a nice comfortable temperature.
4. Now in order to be fair, there is a con. Compared to a FL or Tenga Flip it is a lot harder to clean and dry, thus I recommend a toy cleaner (I use Fleshwash) just to be safe. DO NOT TURN IT INSIDE OUT.
5. As for lubes or lotions, I used the sample lotion (which was very good, better than ID glide or Fleshwater) and I now use the Tenga Real or Mild (which is pretty damn close to the sample lotion, which I loved).

Overall I highly recommend this onahole, it is a pricier one (at $79.99), but it's not really any cheaper or more expensive than the Meikis, Tenga Flips, or FL. In the end you get what you pay for.
All in, 9/10. I say skip the FL and invest in a good onahole, such as the D-Hole Premium. Your dick will thank you.

I have been sort of eyeing this one for a while as it has something which attracts me: the opening up at the end. Glad you focused on this feature, as it's the thing that intrigues me most.  On the Fleshlight Lotus the best part of it (aside from the amazing Tori Amos vaginal entrance) was going through the "cervical node", and something similar in a Japanese sleeve, well, that gets me interested!

I think I'm going to have to pass on this one though, because of the length, and the hardness of the sleeve. I keep waiting for someone to surpass the Maria Ozawa, sure the others may have some options that she doesn' t have, but she still hugs the (road) the best! OK, not the "road"...

The D-hole Eiro Chika also has that opening up bit, but I'm not sold on the Alien Bumpy Vagina part, and don't really know if its big enough...

I have been sort of eyeing this one for a while as it has something which attracts me: the opening up at the end.

Two things come to mind: sujiman kupa roa/ kupa rina both have a hole at the end, and KOKOS toys' Meiki Eighteen Tattoo has a functional extra chamber, I see it as a "grown up" sujiman. I have the Tattoo on order so I might give impressions sometime in the future.
