What happens if you buy something and for all intents to use it, open the box to find there's a defect/slip in the QA? This has happened with at least 1 or 2 meikis I bought from TD but I lived with it.

I mean if it's defective, as long as you state it as such and is asking for a replacement and not trying to scam then I am sure they'd be ok with it?

I mean reading the whole thread this guy claimed he never used it and wants to return for a refund, then does chargeback twice.
