Just wondering if disposable means it's only for one time use?

TENGA cups are designed to be disposable for ultimate ease of clean up. TENGA and ToyDemon do not endorse multiple use for sanitary reasons. The onacups are not designed to be easily cleanable so there is certainly a sanitary concern there. Also to really clean it, you'll have to take it apart which could damage the product and would be a pain to do anyways. However many of our customers have discussed this topic in our old forum and one of our customer had blogged on his "freshdiggs" site on cleaning TENGA. Hopefully that will point you into the right direction. TENGA Flip Hole of course is reusable and highly recommended.

As we have a board for things like this and it's now in our faq, this is no longer sticky.

In my experience, yes. I continued to use the interior sleeve alone even after it separated from the case, which took about 25 uses.

I got about 15+ uses on mine but at the end of the day =)
