Let me first start off by saying I am a virgin (yes, this is relevant) and that this is my first Meiki. I came across this thing a while ago; the only reason it's taken me so long to purchase this is because it's so expensive, and the thought of spending $300 on a sex toy did perturb me. Nonetheless, I finally purchased it, and I have to say I'm fairly disappointed. Why you may ask? Well, let's start with the basics.

My impressions upon opening the package

The packaging was super discreet. I don't even remember seeing Polydigitech on the shipping label. I have to give props to ToyDemon when it comes to discreet shipping; they are the best at it. After opening the shipping box, you're introduced to yet another box, plain white in colour, and with a small white plastic overlay at the top, allowing you to see the labia and so forth. Taking the Meiki out of the box, I could see some oily, green substance smeared all over it; the plastic the Meiki was wrapped in was also smeared with this oily substance. This became a bit of a problem further in my experience with the toy, but for the moment, I'll just say it was... interesting.

Using it

I took a large container, placed the Meiki in it, and drowned it in hot water. I assumed by doing this I could kill two birds with one stone — wash the Meiki while effectively heating it up. Well, it did heat up, but the oily substance still persisted, even after being dumped in hot water. Throughout the entire ordeal, the Meiki kept excreting green, oily chunks of... I don't even know. It didn't make the Meiki feel any less than was intended, but it was kind of gross. Now, I've only used the Meiki once, and I used it for around 45 minutes, so I'll give the toy the benefit of the doubt and hope this excrement will eventually wear off; at least, I hope.

As for sensation, this is where I was most disappointed. Now, prior to the Extreme Pleasure Hip, I've only used two sex toy brands: Tenga and Fleshlight. I hated the Fleshlight, but loved the Tenga. Tenga's products are incredibly stimulating, ergonomical, and there are no side effects (like dirt build up, Fleshlight, or green oily chunks of who knows, Meiki). When I received the Extreme Pleasure Hip, I had high expectations for it. I expected it to surpass my Tenga toys, or at the very least produce the same satisfaction for me. Suffice to say, the Meiki felt very similar to the Fleshlight — and for reference, I had a Fleshlight Vortex. Not that stimulating, but very soft. And maybe that's what you're looking for in a toy; maybe that's all you're looking for in a toy. However, I look for the most stimulation. Something that builds up the greatest physical ecstasy, rather than set the mood. The Meiki wasn't able to produce that. I tried it in many positions as well: Missionary, doggy style, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl. I found doggy style and missionary rather difficult to employ, as it made seeing my screen quite challenging (surprise! -I watch porn while masturbating). Ergo, all I really had to employ was the cowgirl position.

Cowgirl was rather difficult to use, though. Having to pick up an 8 pound lump of silicone (or whatever material it's made of) over and over is straining on the arms. Thus, I ended up having to groove it around myself, which made employing the toy's dismal sensations even more difficult. Furthermore, with green, oily chunks of @#%$ excreting off the toy, it became almost not worth it. Twice, I contemplated just pulling my Flip Hole out.

Overall, the experience wasn't great. My disappointment is further accentuated by the fact that I spent $300 on this toy, a price I was reluctant to face even with the possibility of a god-like experience. I know from reading through this site that this toy is revered and loved. I also know that Meiki is the most popular brand of toy here, and because of my negative experience with this, my review may not be that popular.

I brought up that I was a virgin in the beginning because many compare Meiki's to the real thing; and many said this specific Meiki was a near-replication of the real thing. I can't attest to that, nor can I comment much on that claim; all I can say is that I hope the real thing is more stimulating and far tighter.

Great review!  Even though I love the MEPH...I understand there's going to be different opinions from different users since everyone have different expectation and everybody have different taste as far as the scale for firmness/softness, stimulation/ realism. awesome feedback nonetheless, this is why we're all here in this forum..to get feedback on the toys and hopefully TD can forward any suggestions to the manufacturers so they can make better products

It has nothing to do with my lube as the green oily substance is on the outside, not the inside (where the lube is). But for the record, I use a water-based lube known as Maximus.

I would be interested in hearing what you think of other Meikis as compared to your Fleshlight Vortex. I own the Vortex and in my opinion the Meikis are much softer, so I was surprised to hear you didn't find the extreme pleasure hip much softer than the Vortex.

This is the first and last Meiki I've bought. I think I'm just going to stick with Tenga. You know the saying, "Don't fix what isn't broke." I think in this case, I should stick to that, because these toys aren't cheap and I don't want to run into anymore duds.

As for the Vortex, last I used it was maybe a year ago (threw it out eventually), so I might not 100% remember it correctly. I just remember the vortex being super soft and nothing else, which is the same feeling I got with this.

Does anyone know how to clean this thing? If it was just a $50 toy, I'd probably have thrown it away, but it's $300, so I want to max out its potential. But I'm not using it again while it's coated with this... green oily stuff. I tried bringing it into the shower to wash it. Spent about 10 minutes scrubbing it and doucing it with warm water. Nothing changed. So for the moment I have it lying in a bucket of hot water... I don't see that doing anything either. I'd really hate to have to throw this thing out because the manufacturer's decided to coat it with something beyond stupid. Any ideas on how to clean this thing?

I'm still curious about this "green oily" stuff you refer too. Mostly the only thing that gets on a meiki besides the lube you use is the talc powder but that's white. Other than that the only other thing that can contaminate them is dirt,debris, or sweat from your own body, it shouldn't be "oily". Sounds like maybe something wacky happened at the factory.

Putting it in a tub and soaping it up should get it clean. If all else failse you can also use some of that "Fast Orange" or "gojo" and use it to clean the dirt off the exterior. It cleans up pretty nicely. I wouldn't use it on the inside though.

Yeah, so using soap definitely helped a lot. I would have done that to begin with if it hadn't been for my fear of ruining it. There's still an oily feel to the Meiki, but I guess I'll have to live with that...

Anyways, after my 2nd time using it, I'm definitely sticking with my original statement on the toy not being very stimulating. I could maybe have forgiven it if it had been tighter, but it's quite loose. I feel like I'm sticking my dick in some wet, sloppy mound of jellow... If that makes any sense "^__^

I also have a extreme hip, and have 2 bottles of Maximus lube (got it because of great reviews on amazon) In my opinion, its way too thick, so thick that you cannot feel any of the fine bumps and subtle 'flesh' like feeling in any of the meiki products (especially in these non-dual layers).  Maximus also dries out quickly...I don't think I will buy it again after I use these two bottles. 

Got to dilute it with water till its thinner but still slippery, makes all the difference in the world with the softness of meiki. 

Try putting Maximus on your dick, but water only in the Hip (or vice versa), once you get the right mix of lube/water it will feel amazing.  After you wash it, dry it, put baby powder on it and it should feel silky soft. 

This toy is really for humping it lol not using your hands to move it up and down...if you like to lay down, try propping it up with both hands, elbows resting on the bed, then only move your hips and not the hip as if you are fucking a girl on top of you. 

My favorite way is laying it stomach up, but tilted at a 30-40 degree angle so the vagina is facing perpendicular to the floor, put my heavy pillow against the flat part of the hip so it doesn't jiggle, and hump it hands-free. 

If you just like to watch computer porn and fap in a chair...tenga is good for that.  Out of all the Meikis i have I actually only use 006 and extreme pleasure hips...I have a Maria, Sarah, two 005 (first 005 was my favorite till I killed it by overheating...I ordered another 005 a year later but the inside material is distinctively different, softer, more pink and less pleasurable.) and a SI-X type N or something (its pink and emulates a natural vagina actually feels amazing too for being less than 20 dollars.) and before that I had a fleshlight STU  The hip is the one I can't live without!  Just fingering it with my index finger reminds me of fingering my ex-gf years ago...and the hip is the only meiki which has that life-like pressure due to the weight of the butt cheeks pushing in the vaginal walls like a real girl.

If you guys are looking to use a different lube, you should try Astroglide. It's my absolute favorite. It's thin and you don't need a lot to get it going. I think it would help with the sensation since it's not as thick so you can feel the subtle textures of the EPH and other Meikis.
