Blowup Dolls used for traffic safety

A women in China has felt that drivers speeding at the intersection by her house was getting so out of hand that she need to do something about it.

Talking to the local police could not solve the speeding problem. This is when she came up with the idea of tying a blowup doll dressed in eye catching red underwear to the post at the intersection.

This actually seem to have worked as many drivers male and female slowed down to look at the strange sight. This is thinking outside the box!
