I would like to remove the vagina from a sexflesh sherri ass and create an insert hole for my meikis. I'm envisioning something along the lines of the Obscene Butt Rinka.
Can anyone suggest a good method to go about this? I only have one shot at success!

Happy to report a successful operation. Started out using razor knives, but found a sharp pair of utility shears worked better on the sexflesh material. Now have a hole large enough to hold a Meiki Story, and this toy has managed to avoid the trashcan for a bit.
