Though I purchased a lot of different sleeves, this is my first product review. I bought the Nishina D-Hole on a whim as I wanted to try something new. I'll be comparing this with the Meiki ZXY as I have quite a bit experience with it. I was going to try a cheaper variant of the D-Holes, but I didn't want to risk half the price and not end up liking it. You get what you pay for after all. I'm writing this review in the same day I received it so I have only two sessions under my belt. I wanted to get this out while my first impressions are still fresh in my mind.

This sleeve is much more firm than the ZXY and as result, seems much more durable. I don't think I'll have to worry about tearing this as easy as I already tore my ZXY and Sarah. The vaginal opening is smaller and tighter and at first I was wondering how exactly the hell can I get inside this thing without obliterating it? I lubed myself up with some new Maria lube (fantastic stuff) generously to myself and the hole. It seems the lube trickles down a lot easier in this sleeve. Guiding myself carefully, I slowly start pushing my way past the entrance. As expected, this sleeve gripped me pretty tight. Pushing back and forth, the gripping entrance is one of the more noticeable sensations that you will feel. Going at medium pace, the texture of the sleeve was already beginning to suck the cum out of me. This thing will absolutely milk you dry. The suction produced is subtle, but it's noticeable and perfect for a vaginal sleeve. If you push far enough, you will experience a pleasant surprise as you feel a larger opening granting access to your cock. This is an amazing feature that I like particularly when I cum as my cock will have just enough room to empty my load without the usual sensations of my cum is being semi blocked from gushing out when using some of the other meikis that I own. I used the ZXY and the Premium D-Hole side by side and after thinking about it, I feel like it's comparing apples and oranges at this point. I love the soft sensual feel that the ZXY provides, but I absolutely love cumming in the D-Hole for sure. With faster strokes, you can experience what the inner texture offers in all it's glory in the D-Hole where all the sleeves I've tried would lose the unique texture sensations once you accelerate your pace past a certain point. I also like to consider the appearance during fucking a sleeve. It adds much more hotness to my session if it looks like I'm pushing in and out of a vagina. That's one problem I had with the Sarah sleeve unless I flipped it upside down. It's not as aesthetically pleasing as the ZXY, but just like Meiki Sarah, when I turn the sleeve upside down, it starts to look like you're fucking a vagina. Clean up is as easy as any of the other Meikis. Rinse with soap and I'll twist and insert a paper towel inside to soak up the moisture.

Fantastic review WD40, and I really liked that you compared it to the ZXY which many of us own.  I'm not sure why toy manufacturers are going with the smaller entrance lately, but I see that your toy made adjustments to accomadate your manhood. I'd probably also not worry about the split at the entrance unless it starts extending down inside the toy too far. Then,  I would just use a soldering iron to round the bottom of the "v" to prevent it from keep growing.  Of course that's what I do to my toys but you might not feel confident about melting your toys or producing noxious fumes in the process.  Anyways, thanks for all the pictures, and have a great time enjoying your new toy!
