Got it in the mail today! I have to be somewhere in a few, so I can't get into details, but just real quick...

This thing is heavy and JIGGLY! It's a little difficult to control/maneuver it due to its jiggliness. It's not so much the weight that makes it challenging, but the fact that it jiggles so much. I took it for a test drive but the first time wasn't too great because I was all hyped up over getting it, and was not used to controlling it. Don't get me wrong, it feels REALLY fucking great. Just some background here, I'm not a virgin by any means...slept with a dozen women or so, so I can tell you that this thing is pretty impressive. Sticking my fingers inside of it, it really DOES feel like the inside of a woman..not 100% exact of course, but the way the canal turns upward (if it's on its back), and the texture (when lubed). Hats off to Meiki, big time.

I cleaned with mild soap and water. I used my imitation shamwow thing, and it worked really great. That thing just sucks up moisture! Problem was being able to dig it deep enough into the hole. I'm going to have to get a dowel rod or something. But I got it probably 95% dry.

So it's a bit of a challenge, but I think it just takes getting used to. There are some added psychological benefits to the Hip (no joke, I'll explain later) and it's a BLAST to just slap the ass. I get a kick out of it. And for those guys who miss sleeping with a woman and spooning her and having her ass up against your thighs as you sleep, this thing could potentially be a good bed-mate while catching some Z's.

A few quick additional notes before I hit the sack.

The key to drying it with a cloth and your fingers is to tackle the job when the Hip is freshly rinsed and is still wet! Cover your fingers with the lint free cloth and shove it in there as deep as you can. Once you've hit the deepest point, wriggle your fingers around to dry out all the nooks and crannies. Keep wriggling around as you slowly withdraw, getting the whole canal dry.

Now here's just my personal experience: don't use the anus. Seriously. I didn't use it, but I got water into it and MAN... getting that thing dry is a total pain in the ass! (haha..pun not intended) Next time I plan on covering the hole with something while washing the Hip so no water gets in there. I mean, you can see from the cutaway cross-section photo that the ass entry is convoluted as hell. That makes it more difficult to dry than the vaginal entry. Just my two cents.

I was thinking of using Whitewolf's paper towel ball method on drying the vaginal entry, but.. what if you accidentally lose grip of the paper towel ball in there? What if part of it tears off way deep inside? I dunno. I'm gonna stick with super-absorbent lint-free cloths that I can easily retrieve. I'm gonna swing by Home Depot tomorrow to pick up a 1/2" dowel rod and see if wrapping the cloth over that and using that as a drying tool is easy or not.

Quick bit on psychology..and this is just what I've experienced, as well as talking to a couple other guys that I can talk to about this kinda stuff. I think when we get so used to sitting in front of a computer/TV wanking off to porn (in between girlfriends or what have you), we get very accustomed to that, then there's a period of adjustment getting into a relationship again. I think the Hip is good because it can get you off your ass and away from your visual material, and into the bed, switching positions, and not relying on visual aids (except the Hip itself, which is pretty attractive). This might be a good thing. I think I'm going to slowly wean myself off porn and eventually get to where it's just me and the Hip in bed, then I'll pay attention to how that affects my sexual performance in my next relationship.

A couple other quick notes. It's not quite life-sized. It seems like it is in the photos, but it's not. Well, it could be life-sized and you're just fucking a petite woman. Again, the Hip is a REALLY nice and pleasurable (although a bit high maintenance) toy, don't get me wrong. But it's just a tad under life-sized, in my opinion. Or, compared to the hips & asses of women I've slept with (PS: always slept with thin to average sized women).

Presumably you'd flush it out with water and start over, but I've never tried cleaning something like this, so I may be oversimplifying.

I like the idea of using the cloth with the dowel. Do let us know how that works out for you. I also wonder if shop towels might be a better choice if going with a disposable towel...they tend to be thicker and hold together better when wet.

Those shamwow type towels or microfiber towels(the kind you use to dry your car) work very well! I used them on all my toys they suck up moisture very well.

Third time's the charm. I got all weak in the knees and shaky after that session, whew! All I can say is..wow. Is this thing a little high maintenance in the cleaning and drying dept? Sure. Is it worth it? Absolutely

Okay. Picture time!

Here are my tools of the trade. Dowel rod, shamwow type cloth, and a 7/8" rubber stopper for a sink. I use it to plug up the butthole before taking this thing to the sink, to prevent any water from getting inside, because like I said.. the anal entry is a BITCH to dry. I don't think I'll be making use of that entry.



The dowel rod works out pretty well. Though it seems a little easier to just wrap the towel over my fingers and dig in. A combination of both methods probably will result in a very thorough drying.

Okay.. I have officially gotten used to it now. Ahhhhh-mazing.

A few tips/reminders..

1) Again, try to keep it in the bedroom. Don't develop a heavy dependence on porn, you will have a longer adjustment period when you switch to having sex with a woman. This especially applies to virgins and guys who go long periods of times between girlfriends.

2) Use condoms if at all possible. First off, I can tell you that it doesn't reduce the sensation that much. There are a couple benefits here.. firstly, cleanup is a little easier. You wind up just having to wash lube out, which is pretty simple. Secondly, from a psychological standpoint, you get used to the process of using a condom every time (this mostly applies to virgins but is helpful for us veterans too). Once again.. if you get used to just dropping trou and screwing the thing bareback, you just might have some issues when it comes time to do the real thing where you have to wear a condom every time. So, virgins.. consider it your practice/training. For the record, I've tried dozens and dozens of condom brands, and in my opinion, this is the best "Durex Extra Sensitive Condoms"

3) A tip I haven't yet put into action yet, but plan to: heating pad. Silicone retains heat amazingly well. General rule of thumb, the bigger/thicker the silicone, the longer it takes to heat to its core, but also that means it will retain that heat longer. Put a hot heating pad underneath the Hip..maybe for 30-45 minutes or so? I'm guessing the Hip will stay warm (all the way on the inside too!) for a good hour at LEAST.

Nothing further to report at this time. Oh, and cornstarch works wonders as far as removing the stickiness. I just need to find a way to apply it, like a soft brush or something...

Try makeup powder applicators (brushes or puffs). I've used those to dust Cyberskin before, and they are built for a very similar job.
