Meiki Maria Ozawa and Meiki down

What is the main difference between the two if any? Are both insides modeled after real woman? Should I wait for the Maria Ozawa to get back in stock or just buy the Meiki down now since thats in stock?

The biggest difference is the "Stinger" on the end of Maria Ozawa Edition while Up/Down has a bigger outer circumference.
