You're not going to really find anything like that with the Meiki's because they are designed for you to grab them with your hands. So must of them will have a pretty decent size but it's intended to be gripped. The only hands free banging you'll find in the style of a Meiki are the hips.

you can fuck anything handsfree with a towel and 2 pillows.
just fold the towel around meiki and let the opening stick out. then put it in between pillows. when you missionary-fuck it, the body weight and the friction will prevent the meiki in the towel from moving during thrusts.
