I recently attempted to purchase a tenga black flip hole, my bank shows TD as billing me the total price listed on the page but upon completion of checkout it give me an error. I sadly do not recall it and did not think to take a screenie or save the error code.
I have not recived any emails other than the sucsesfull registration one. NO tracking info/nothing.
I have sent an email through the contact us portion of the site explaining it. IS there anything else i can do? Will my product ship? If it does not ship can i get it to ship without going throiugh the repurchase process? Id rather not risk being double billed. ><
Will TD refund me if for some reason i cant get my product? I am in the USA so it should be fine.
This is my first experience with TD, i just found the site. Do they oft have billing issues? Are they trustworthy? Or did i just get taken.

A reply was sent to your email about your specific transaction. The charge was declined and explained in the email. Please check to make sure our email are not being filtered out as spam.

I see, it has been credited back. I tried to repurchase and it gave the same error. I tried my old address and where i am at now with both failing. Unsure as to what to do as it does not make sense to fail. Guess ill call the bank.
