« on: May 17, 2011, 09:23:47 PM »
Hey everybody,

I am newish to using onaholes and I just recently ordered one. Apparently it doesnt flip inside out which might make it a paint to clean. Can anyone recommend a way to clean and properly dry the new onahole.? Its the feramaster btw. https://www.toydemon.com/Fera-Master.html

Any advice would be appreciated

O and btw what is the best way to heat them up? I usually use hot tap water but it usually cools off quickly.

I don't have that toy but I have ZXY and you can't turn it inside out either but its easy to clean.....just rise it out with water after you use it for about a minute then do the same again for another minutes but this time have a finger or 2 in there to gently rub the inside till all the slipperyness is gone, then rise for another minute with just water and then its clean.

You can follow up with a isopropyl alcohol rise to help it dry faster and kill any bacteria that might be there.

Just to add to what ConfusedGuy2010 said - I like to place a microfiber towel inside for an hour or so to make sure the toy is thoroughly dry before storage if it will be a few days (or longer) until the next use.  If I'm planning to use the toy within a day or so I don't bother with this step.  A fungal infection is no picnic, trust me.  Doctors (dermatologists notwithstanding) tend to misdiagnose etiology as bacterial.  Antibiotics don't do a thing to resolve the infection.  If you've ever had athlete's foot you can just imagine what it's like.  :'(
Oh, and the isopropyl alcohol rinse will kill any remaining bacteria in the toy but not stop the growth of fungus in the damp sponge-like elastomer product.
