I'm new and deciding on a toy but I do not really know which to. From what I've read around the forum, meiki products seem to be the best in terms of realism and that's what I'm looking for. However, as I live with my roommates I am particularly discreet and would only do it in the shower. Therefore, I am looking for a toy which is easy to clean, and is able to be used with water, to save the hassle of applying lubricant etc, but also not too far off from realism. Any suggestions?

None. All penetrating toys require the use of a water based lubricant. Using any other products for lube will most likely deteriorate your toy. Some people say they just use spit or no lube at all and I think thats impossible, well maybe not impossible but certainly uncomfortable. I can't get my fingers into any of my toys dry so I highly doubt I could my member in there in a pleasurable fashion.

I'd suggest using lube on all toys as well (water-based) .. without lubrication.. it's just unbearable and impossible to use...not to mention you might get blisters..

The only toy that doesn't need lube is the Tenga, because they already have lube in them. But they're one use only, unless you use condoms with it, and ToyDemon sells lubricated condoms.

Don't think any meiki toys will be discreet enough to sneak into the shower without notice. You may have a better luck with flip hole.

I think if you want a good and discrete masturbator for shower..maybe go with tenga eggs.

No. As far as I know there is no such toy. You can use saliva if you don't find it gross. I would still suggest you get some lube that can last.

The advice here to use Tenga disposables (cups or eggs) is probably your best bet for discretion, The Fliphole is much bigger but doesn't appear to be a sex toy, and your roomate(s) most likely wouldn't make the connection.  See below for lube suggestion.

If you really want or need to go with the more realistic experience, go with a "smaller" Meiki such as Maria Ozawa or the Meiki Clone series, and hide it, as well as your 4 oz. max size bottle of lube, in a small towel on your way to the bathroom.  Use an extra-thick water-based gel lube such as Maximus - it can take quite a bit of water accidently diluting it in the shower and still keep the toy lubed.

I do this all the time and it's quite easy to do:  you really just have two parts, the lube & the meiki.....I put the meiki in a very small towel and then drape a bath towel over my arm to completely cover it.  The lube just goes into the pocket of the sweat pants I usually wear around the house.   A little bit of creativity and some variation of this should work for anyone...
