about FedEx.

So I bought a Clone Meiki on Tuesday night and paid more for 2 day shipping with FedEx Home. The estimated delivery was for Friday. Then apparently FedEx decided to ship my package from Illinois to Michigan even though I live in Georgia. Either it was a mistake or they had to take a detour. Then my package was shipped back down south to Ohio and my estimated delivery was changed to Saturday. Then I waited until today(Friday night) and checked the tracking and they decided to push it back to next Tuesday because apparently they can't make it on Saturday and they don't ship on Sunday or Monday. The package is already in Georgia and is one hour away, which means if I attempted to pick it up(are you allowed to do this?), it would be a two hour drive.

So my 2 day shipping is turning out to be 7 day shipping.

I knew I should have stuck with USPS

Yea FedEx sucks sometimes. My apt number faces the opposite direction than the other units around me and they don't even bother to drive around and deliver my package to my door. Then I'll get a note from my office the next day saying I have a package cause FedEx's system doesn't ever send me an email notification either. Calling for help gets you nowhere too so don't bother. My last couple of orders here havr been smooth but, I feel your pain brother.

yea, thats why i get free shipping on orders over 100$, its about the same pace...and fedex does seem to deliver at odd balls times, at least for regular working citizens.  anyway, yes you can pick up your package at the fedex warehouse, i have done it a couple times, but for me it was more of a 6 minute drive compared to 2 hours, i would just wait it out and think WHY THE FUCK DIDNT I JUST GO FOR THE FREE SHIpping, something you may want to consider in the future.

Fedex home is like ground shipping and fedex 2 day is a express air service.. from my knowledge..fedex home (Ground) is 1-5 business days travel time. Anyways...better luck next time i guesss.. I've bought enough share of online products...this kind of things happens to all the carriers....but I would still choose Fedex over USPS just for the share fact that USPS will lose packages and their tracking system is useless:P

It says  FedEx Home Delivery - 2 day(s) when checking out. I bought my ZXY last time and it came in two days.

Yea I've had these problems with all the carriers DHL was by far the worst though. I haven't had any problems with USPS but I agree their tracking is useless, all it does is tell you when it was shipped and when it was delivered.

i could've sworn DHL is for corporates only.

but I always laugh when I read the tracking logs for the couriers, they make no sense because they're never that detailed.
