I just wonder if there's anyone in here try to kiss or even lick the meiki or boop surface because of it's tempting and realistic design? Isn't it toxicated if the material absorb in human body?

A lot of us try it.  Some do it regularly.  Especially owners of life-sized sex dolls, as you might imagine.  I have two such dolls, one made of TPE, and the other of Silicone, and my lips and tongue get involved often with both!  Silicone is supposed to be a safer material, but I bet the folks doing FDA testing were not trying extra-soft sex toy silicone with permanent makeup applied.

As for the safety, who knows.  There is always a tiny chance you are allergic to a material, so before licking you may want to try rubbing a toy on your arm or chest or somewhere like that, and see if you develop a rash over the next few hours.  Assuming you aren't allergic, you should not notice any ill-effects.
