If they are literately are numb, you might want to see a doctor. if you just mean nothing seems to feel good, it means you masturbate too much. Never use your hand if you do. that makes it worse. What you want to do, and this is gonna be balls.... is stop masturbating for some time. After awhile, you will get sensitive again. This is the actual cure for this. Me personally, i have a lot of onaholes! This situation could be from a number of issues. First, if your glans are truly numb after a week - I'd see a medical practitioner. Second, I agree with the other post. Sometimes we just need a break. I'm a lifelong masturbator and know that continuous and repetitive masturbation can have side effects.
