Moving on from the Meiki ZXY

Does anyone have any opinions on what I should look at to replace my Meiki ZXY?
At first when I got the ZXY, it was amazing like everyone had said. After four months though, it seems to have loosened up quite a bit more, it's been torn at the entrance and soldered back, and thinking again, my tryst with an onahole warmer could've melted off some detail. In any case, I don't really feel much of anything when I use it now and it's kind of disappointing to complete whole sessions with a :| face throughout.
If it's okay, could anyone also chime in with how long their Meiki's have lasted?
I'm currently eyeing the Meiki 008 Hibiki since I hear that single-layers are more durable. (ZXY was still totally worth it though)

The Hibiki is good. It's a little softer and less stimulating than the ZXY. If that's what you're looking for it's a good choice. Keep in mind that most NPG meikis, even the single layered ones, will tear at the entrance. Since you have experience using a soldering iron to repair it, this shouldn't be an issue.
You could also try the Julia+ or the Monster Wet Real, though both of these will be more stimulating than the ZXY.
What may have happened to your ZXY is that the interior layer separated and pealed away enough to change the stimulation level. That's what happened to mine where I lost half of the inner layer over time and it ended up changing the feel of it.
When properly cared for meikis can last years. Some longer than others. If I can get a good year out of it, I feel I got my moneys worth.

Thanks for all the advice! I will go ahead and order the Julia+, and if it turns out to be too stimulating I will order the Hibiki.
It's a bit of a shame that the inner layer of my ZXY only lasted a few months, though it's a good chance to try out something different and apply some lessons learnt.
I'll see if I can get to posting some sort of comparison once I get a steady picture of things.

I just received my order and now own the following items:
1) Meiki ZXY (worn inner layer; 4 months)
2) La Bocca Della Verita (new)
3) Julia+ (new)
Although I was primarily ordering the Julia+, I thought I would just throw in the La Bocca since it was cheap and could be a bit of fun. It turned out the La Bocca was the star of the order and even though the Julia+ is not bad in the slightest, it was just overwhelming how good the La Bocca was.
) La Bocca
Straight to the point, you will feel the following items with clearly distinguished sensations in this order: teeth, tongue, throat, nubs. My god the teeth. You would think putting plastic teeth shaped objects at the start of an onahole would be a terrible idea but the La Bocca proves that instead of being terrible, it is the absolute highlight of the show. As you enter, the teeth will only ever graze you through a straight length down your penis, stretched out easily by the silicone that holds it in place. Once it reaches halfway, you'll start to feel the tongue and the roof of the mouth press together for a softer but still very firm sensation, until you hit the small throat opening and reach the nubs. But those teeth will never fade away and will continue to graze the base of your member whenever it moves. The sensation is strong and you will probably feel it almost overshadow the insides of the La Bocca, but at a moderate-slow pace it all gels together very well. The roof of the mouth has exaggerated ripples that feel like numerous knee high fences compared to the shoulder-height wall of the teeth. The detailed texture of the tongue on the opposite side though is impressive and is probably the area where you want to apply lubricant more generously. As for the back of the throat, to me it feels like any other onahole, so I don't have much to describe other than it being the last line of defense to help stimulate your head, if you didn't already finish yourself on the way there.
In terms of tightness, it is rather small and with my member at 5 inches, I can fit the full length of the La Bocca. This is a good thing though, as you really want the texture of the tongue to be felt (heavenly).
The outside material of the La Bocca feels softer than stock standard silicone but you don't really need it to be too soft outside, as it gives you a slight edge in controlling the onahole.
Cleaning is rather simple as always. I am concerned though with the nub area at the back of the throat as it gets very small and twisty there, leaving me barely able to wipe away moisture in there with a mini microfibre cloth. It's a strange feeling cleaning out an inanimate mouth though, I always expect it to perhaps talk to me or something. You don't expect a vagina to talk, but with a mouth....yeah, well at least if you make sure the gaps underneath the tongue are free of moisture you can twist the mouth into a smile.
Out of the three, this is my new favourite (only because my ZXY is worn).
) Julia+ vs Meiki ZXY
Between the Julia+ and Meiki ZXY brand new, the ZXY wins hands-down. I saw a post a while back when someone said that the ZXY was the extra 5% softness and feeling, but to me personally it was easily 50% better as a whole. While the Julia+ clearly feels it was designed to be more stimulating with deeper nubs (and it really is on this front), the ZXY's weight, heft, silkiness and feather softness that the Julia+ lacks - all come together for that extra mile. It hugs you deep and widely to make a much more comfortable session. In comparison, the Julia+ does well on the nub stimulation area and boy is it a bumpy ride. However, it lacks the pressure in the pelvic area and pulls me back to the reality that I am just holding a sleeve in my hand. It also is just not as good to hold and I feel that it might just bend in half at sometimes.
On the other hand, the durability of the ZXY was very disappointing. My inner layer was worn down to a smooth shine after 4 months and in its current state, you can only feel the weight and nothing much else, so the brand new Julia+ obviously wins by a massive margin against a worn down ZXY. Only time will tell the Juila+'s durability.
Cleaning the Julia+ is a little more work. The higher nub protusions and shape of the cavity will collect water up and give you a bit of a harder time. Nothing too major though.
If you gave me a choice between the Julia+ ($60) and ZXY ($85), it would be ZXY every time, regardless of durability issues. The ZXY just has to be felt. The decision would only be tougher if the Julia+ was $40, where having the ZXY double the price with low durability, begins to weigh it down.
If you've never experienced either though, go the ZXY, it is worth the extra $25 full stop
Any questions or thoughts I can answer, just let me know.
Edit: After a month, I've gone back to my worn ZXY and the Julia+ is left to collect dust. Everything is just vastly better on the ZXY.
