Hello,
I'm new to using onaholes and just ordered my first one, ToysHeart First Night's Fluttering Heart. I am waiting for it to arrive in the mail now  . I have already read Thunderhead's post about choosing an onahole (great and helpful post) and his review on this product. I have read how to clean an onahole and everything as well, and I know it is suggested (by ToyDemon) to clean some like the Kashin Chapter 6 (just looked at, didnt order) before initial use, but was wondering if I should clean this one before the first use too or is it safe to use right out of the box? Like I said I'm new, so I don't know if it's just some or all that I should clean before first use.

It is always a good idea to wash everything before first use.

What about on expensive meiki's, should you just use regular hand soap?  Or something else so it doesn't get tacky?

Always wash before first use. You can use rubbing alcohol or antibacterial soap to clean and lightly dust with baby powder for tackiness or to keep soft. I only powder my onaholes for long term storage.

I find that if you're a frequent user, then you may benefit more from rinsing and then wash it once a week (if you're really that horny).
Helps deteriorate the material slower with the absence of soap.
