Since you don't specify budget, let me throw a few names here...

Less than $20
Super Mini Meiki Chinatsu / Kotone - very small, but for less than $15 a piece, they are pretty good.
love Shake Real - For about $15, this onahole feels realistic in the inside, but is  funny looking on the outside.
SI-X type N - about $15, feels good enough to bust a nut in less than 20 minutes

Less than $40
Clone Meiki series (Tsubomi, Meguru, Mint Suzuki, Hiratsuka) - The best in the price range. Soft and realistic enough for a less than $40 toy.
Peach Pai - Weird looking, curved onahole, but with pretty good sensations.
