Hey guys new here an I have been looking for a good item that does the work for you. I am thinking the A10 cyclone might be the best but I am looking for suggestions on any you guys have tried. Thanks for any help

If your looking for a automatic toy.. then I believe currently the Cyclone is your toy of choice. If you consider some sleeve toys then you can probably put your money on either the TENGA Flip Hole (stimulation) / Meiki Series toys (Softer but realistic) / Erotic Elder or Innocent Younger Sister

I have to agree.  Automated toys are just really starting to come to fruition, finally! 

The A10's a truly great toy and I think you'd be very happy with it, especially since there are now a couple other sleeves available to change up the sensation! 

The only other toy I could recommend that's fully automated is RealTouch (and it's great but quite a bit more expensive as it's video on demand dependent at this time - realtouchforum.org has some unbiased reviews of it).

Personally I think you'd be happy with either, with price and amount of control being the deciding factors.  You get to control the A10 a bit more directly, and there are no high costs of use (well, batteries and lube).  Whereas RealTouch is more automated and the videos control it (which can be hot not knowing what's coming), but you have to pay per minute.  They're both really amazing.

The only other I've used is Venus 2000, but it seems fairly antiquated compared to both of these IMO and is much more expensive.  A few others exist I haven't tried (Virtual Sex Machine, for example).
