I did everything I know how to do to research this and my best guess is "Ikuta Mami", though there's a good chance I'm wrong. It's tough when the JAV in question is on the obscure end of the spectrum. Anyway I hope that helps...

I have that video, it's pretty good. I tried to look her up also with no luck so far. Switch makes some interesting videos, but it's tough to figure out who's in it, as they use mostly amateurs.
Sorry I couldn't help. You could maybe try visiting a JAV forum or finding someone that can read Japanese.
