What does the heat feature do in Meiki Pure Hip, Meiki Cherry, Meiki Half Hera (auto versions)?

What heat feature? As far as I'm aware the auto feature on meiki hips is a rotating bead feature with audio.

To answer your question, rahrahrah, it's on the front close to the arrows, there is the words "heat" and then on or off.
